About Me
Hi, my name is Cheryl, I am an Ofsted registered Childminder. I live in a detached house in the centre of Wybunbury with my husband and 3 children, aged 12, 10 and 6. My two youngest children attend the local primary school. We have a fun-filled house full of lots of exciting toys, both inside and out. Everyday we love to go out and about to lots of different places, including the park, soft play areas and many different toddler groups.
We also love to play outside in our back garden, where we have a playhouse, bikes, swings, slides, sand pit, water tray and trampoline. I always try to ensure our home is welcoming and a real home from home, where children are always busy. I try to ensure that children are provided with a wide variety of different activities including baking, stories, puzzles, games, singing, painting, play dough, sensory play and craft activities.
My Experience
After having my own children I decided I wanted to spend more time at home. I have previously worked for many years as a primary teacher, having taught mainly in Reception/Early Years. I have completed many courses linked to the EYFS. I believe that I have many skills and qualities to support my role as a childminder and I always ensure children are welcomed into a loving, calm and homely environment.

BEd 2:1 with Hons
Cheshire East Childminding Registration Course
Paediatric First Aid Training
DBS check, both myself and my husband
Up to date safeguarding & Child Protection Training
My Availability
I am currently able to pick-up and drop off from the local primary school, Wybunbury Delves and offer before and after school care most days. I currently have 1 preschool space available on a Tuesday and I am available to cover term-time and most of the school holidays.
