About Me
I have been a childminder for over 14years. I live with my husband and 2 of our 3 children, although one of them is only part time as he is away at university for most of the year. Everyone who is over the age of 16 living in at home has had a CRB check. We have 2 small dogs, who are fabulous with children and have been around small children all their lives, but none the less are never in the same room as the children without adult supervision, the children are encouraged to be friends with the dogs and then the dogs either go outside or into the kitchen.
I deal exclusively with children attending St. Andrews primary school in Boothstown, and also the playgroup that is run there.
I am a member of the NCMA and have relevant insurance both public liability and car insurance to enable me to take the children out.
My Experience
I have had over 14years of childminding experience and I have always achieved a 'Good' grading in my Ofsted inspections.
Until recently I was the secretary of our local childminding association, until my term had to come to an end, I am still an active member within the association.
I attend regular training session put on by my local children's services.
My training is ongoing to ensure that my childminding practice is always up to date and current.
My Qualifications
I have attended over 30 training sessions in my time as a childminder all relating to childcare and the Early Years Foundation Stage.

I am available 5 days a week
7.30-5.30 Monday to Friday
I work 47 weeks per year, although I do have to allow the occasional days off for training.
