My Requirements

I have two little boys, Jacob who is 9 and Noah, 7. I work full time and have a busy job and have the kids majority of the time.

I need on average 12 hours of babysitting / childcare help a week. Approximately 40hrs per month. I would like to pay £500 per month for 40 hrs of babysitting / help with kids 2-3 times a week.

Ideally in a given month I need:
- Tuesdays - up to 3 hrs to pick up my boys from school, prep supper and stay with them 4-7pm
- Fridays and Saturday nights - 4/5 hrs of babysitting usually from 7pm-12pm.

In the time in the house if the person can help:
- prep kids dinner
- put kids clothes to wash and dry - school chins clothes
- iron
- fold and put away clothes
- pack the sports bags for schools
- make sure the kitchen and dining table after the boys are fed is clean and the dishwasher stacked

The above applies to term time. If it were holidays it would be helpful if again one day in the week you are able to work perhaps 1 full 8 hr day day when I may have to go to the office on a Tuesday and then do 4 hrs of babysitting on a Friday or Saturday.

The boys once a month are with their dad 4 days so on that week perhaps only 4 hrs of childcare is needed with some laundry and packing if school bags still needed to be done.

That will be great. The school is around the corner from my house. Ideally you need a car. But not 100% required. The boys are happy to get on with their homework themselves it if you can make sure they get it done that will be lovely. I preferably need someone that is flexible with their time. I may need overnight babysitting if I have to travel for work but that will not be immediately and babysitting on weekends. It is important to be reliable. My kids are polite, independent and fun loving. I need someone who is able to embrace a very dynamic and relaxed environment with my two boys.
