About Me
Hello... My name is Kathryn and I am an Ofsted Registered professional Childminder, with 25 years experience. I offer a homely, nurturing, safe environment, that enables children to not only have fun, but to learn through play, and to develop the strong skills they need to help them as they grow! Everything we do is fun and engaging with individual learning plans, to support your child in preparation for their transition to school. My main intention is to ensure that your little one feels happy and secure in my care.
I am based in the heart of Coggeshall, in a little cottage that I share with my husband Lewis and my son Freddy, who is 12. Coggeshall is the perfect setting for Early Years play and development, as it offers a wealth of natural opportunities within walking distance from the house. We regularly enjoy visits out to the park, river, woods, stream, shops and countryside as part of our everyday play and adventures. This involved running Exploratory Art classes, Baby Massage, Treasure Baskets, Heuristic Play sessions, Early Montessori Classes and co-running Kodaly Music classes for children aged 6 months - 4 years.

The Little Treasures Centre became an Early Years Nursery as part of Absolute Angels Montessori Nursery, of which I continued as Manager

My son has with Kathryn since he was a year old, and we still use her now (he’s nearly 5)
Kathryn’s house is a warm, caring and lovely environment to be in.
The knowledge she has of how to care for child is in abundance!!
She has years of Montessori experience and my son has learned so much from her over the years
Not only has my son been guided in how to be independent and social, He has made amazing friends too
Kathryn follows EYFS and has guided our son into his first year at school.
She has become part of our family, our son adores her and so do we.
Kathryn holds all the correct paper work!!!
We truly could not recommend her enough!!
