We have known Kate for 3 month. She looks after our 16 months old son. He really likes her!
She is really professional, she completes a paper detailing what they have done each afternoon. From this I have a complete picture of his whole afternoon including what he has eaten, how long he has slept and all his activities.
She is ponctual, and a great communicator. She always seems kind, patiente with him and well behaved and know what's expected of him.
