About Me
I work with 2 co childminders, our ethos is that we are unique, we provide a setting that the children can learn, develop new skills, make friends and have fun in a safe & nurturing environment. We help the children develop independence & individuality, we embrace the outdoors encouraging the children to take managed risks, allowing self belief and resilience. Our holistic approach is important & we have lots of different adventures, a vast array of activities, resources and environments. We love to swim! Happiness, well being and being kind are at the core of our values, helping the children to recognises and respond to their emotions. We love our job.
My Experience
NVQ level 3, BA (HONS) Early Years and childcare, 35 years experience. I also do 20 hours training per year.
My Qualifications
NVQ level 3, I decided to go to night school to further my education and completed my BA (HONS) Early Years and childcare while working full time.
