Not value for money, for many reasons. one issue is lack of refund on deposit as this minder cancelled the contract with zero notice and to date has not refunded the deposit paid to prevent either party from doing this.ie a non refundable deposit becomes refundable if the minder breaks the contract)
son's behaviour deteriorated (Asd) at school when minder took on school drop off. it also transpired that he was late being dropped to school approx 80% of the time to point I had received several written warnings from the school.. since minder has not been dropping off and a new provider has been doing so, My son's behaviour has improved again.
£7.50/hr plus £5/trip for school drop off and pick up is not good value for money.
