About Me
My 1st ofsted grading and was awarded GOOD across all areas. I live with my partner of 18years and we have a 7yr old son. We love the outdoors and will often go out each morning to playgroups, soft play, feed the ducks, visit redwings, beaches and parks. My garden has had a revamp with lots of resources such as a big mud kitchen, tree den and a pirate ship sand pit to keep the little ones busy.
As a childminder I follow the EYFS (Early years foundation stage) I use an online system called babysdays so you can log on and see all your child's progress and photographs and achievements any time of the day.You can also add comments observations or general weekend activities to the system too.
My sister works with me as my assistant, she has previously worked in a nursery and together we have a lot of experience with young children.
My house is a good size and lots of room for play and it's wheelchair friendly, I also have experience with Autism.
The children are always happy to come to Tammy's house and more often than not aren't ready to go home at pick up. I have good reviews and references from very happy parents.

Our daughter has been going to Tammy's for a few months now and we are so pleased with how smoothly it has all gone, and how happy she is being dropped off every morning. Tammy and her sister Louise clearly think a lot of the children in their care, and put a lot of effort into taking the children to little play groups. The communication is second to none, with a daily notification and pictures, showing us what our little girl has been up to, what she had eaten, when she has slept etc. This is so lovely to have in the middle of a stressful day at work!
Would definitely recommend Tammy to anybody in need of a childminder.

Tammy was a fabulous childminder to my 4 and 3 year old. She was very flexible and and always reliable. The children absolutely loved going to her house to play and enjoyed lots of different outings. They really enjoyed playing with the other children and went off completely happily in the mornings, looking forward to new adventures!
We could follow what they were doing through a secure online diary which included info on what they had eaten and pictures of where they had been.
I always knew the children were safe, happy and well looked after when I was at work so I never had to worry about them.
I would highly recommend Tammy and am only leaving the setting as I am going on maternity leave and my eldest is starting school.

I cannot recommend this lady anymore highly. My 9 month old baby boy Teddy goes to Tammy 4 days a week, he absolutely loves it. He is provided with so much care and attention and Tammy does a fantastic job. I was so nervous in leaving Teddy with a stranger but Tammy assured me Teddy was in good and safe hands. Teddy is looked after to high standards, they regularly go on days out. He is provided with good nutritional food lots of fruit. He is a very happy and content little boy and is learning so much for being with Tammy.
