My name is Katie. I am very positive, confident and hard working mum of two lovely girls (age 9 and 13 years) and a beautiful boy (age 5). I am very outgoing and active person. I am creative and my head is always full of ideas - there is no time for being bored. I am very passionate about caring for children and ensuring they get the best start possible. I am a good listener, I'm honest and reliable. I will do my very best to meet your expectations as a childminder.
My Experience
I've had a variety of roles at my previous employment however since the birth of my second daughter I've decided to change my career towards childmining. I love spending time with children and childminding is something I always wanted to be actively involved in. Looking after my children gave me the best experience ever and made me realised how important the level of care is.
I can provide a safe and caring environment for your child. I have lots of toys, activities and ideas to nurture children’s development and keep them happy and interested.
My Qualifications
I am fully qualified childminder. I have completed Paediatric First Aid Training and I've attended Safeguarding Children Awareness training. I am very familiar with the Curriculum for the Foundation stage (EYFS) using it as guide for observation, assessment and planning to ensure all children meet their milestones. I feel it is essential to work in partnership with parents, communicating regularly and discussing children achievements and expectations towards me and the children.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.50 per hour
I charge £45 per day .
I am a funded childminder for 2, 3 and 4 years old children.
I do accept childcare vouchers.

Kate is a Great childminder she is very trustworthy and reliable. I love the fact that she takes Chris on trips and he has always done something interesting and fun to show me when I pick him up. Her house is completely kids safe always tidy and lots of educational toys out.
Cannot recommend highly enough!
