We have had an extremely disappointing experience with Roxana. She initially appeared enthusiastic for a job and was keen to babysit our little one. More importantly our initial impressions were that she was trustworthy, kind and attentive to our child. Sadly, it did not last very long. She immediately decided not to come for work on the next day to appease her other employer. We found her actions extremely unprofessional and felt she lacked empathy, as our poor child bonded well with her the previous day. Despite having begun her employment with us, she agreed to work for her previous employer citing various ‘excuses’ . This made us realise that she was never transparent with us and was actually selfish, as she never once considered how her actions would affect us. In the end we were quite dissapointed to have allowed her into our house and bond with our child. Anyone going to avail her services in the future, please get a written commitment or a contract signed.
