About Me
We are a family of 4. My 7 year old boy is autistic and pre-verbal. He is being home educated by tutors and other professionals from 9.30am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
My Requirements
We live in Worplesdon (GU3). I'm looking for a nanny for Mondays and Wednesdays, all day from 9.30 to 5.30.
I need someone who loves being with young children and with lots of energy to teach and play with my autistic son. He is a lovely, kind, gentle person and sweet and cheeky and likes to share a joke.
My son is 9 and is coming into his 3rd year of being home schooled full time. We follow a fun language based curriculum in the morning to help him progress his speech and language. He is pre verbal now, having not spoken until he was 6. The afternoon would be spent encouraging him to use his language and understanding while playing in fun motivational or functional environments. A car is therefore essential.
I am looking for someone who can start in January. This is a long term role. If you are interested it would be great to meet. Fee is negotiable and includes mileage. Thanks for your time, Cynthia
