Hello,
My name is Anna, and I am an experienced childcare provider and an Ofsted-registered childminder. I have a degree in Psychology, a Level 2 Certificate in Childcare, a Level 2 Certificate in Managing Behaviour that Challenges in Children, and basic Pikler training. I also hold up-to-date First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications.
With over eight years of paid nanny experience caring for children aged 6 months to 8 years (including siblings) and two years working in a nursery and afterschool club, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children’s growth and development in a variety of settings. I’m always expanding my knowledge and have recently completed Effective Communicators and Room Supervisor training.
I’m enthusiastic and energetic — perfect for kids who love sports and science activities — and creative and fun for those who enjoy arts and crafts, baking, or getting lost in a good story. I also happen to be a master of Monopoly Junior, Dobble, and UNO!
I truly love working with children and find this to be an incredibly rewarding career. I’m excited to share that I’m now partnering with another experienced childminder to offer extended hours and wrap around care for Warter and Pocklington based schools, and we’re currently open for new children.

My Experience
With a background in Psychology and over a decade of hands-on childcare experience, I’ve cared for children from infancy to early school age in a variety of settings — including as a babysitter for families with children with special needs, a nanny, and a nursery practitioner. I’m also fully trained in pediatric first aid.
