My names Michelle and I'm an Ofsted registered childminder. My last Ofsted inspection was November 2016 and was graded Good! I live with my partner James and our two children. I've been a childminder for 7 years now and really enjoy my job :-)
Our home is warm, happy and welcoming and I aim to offer a happy, nurturing, friendly environment for your little ones to thrive in so you can happily leave them in my care.
I offer a variety of stimulating activities covering all the areas of development and will plan activities to cover a child's age/stage of development.
I'm lucky to have a nice sized enclosed garden for the children to have fun in so lots of outside activities daily and also visit play groups, soft play centres, library's, other local parks and in school holidays we do lots of fun activities like going to the cinema, wheelgate park, white post farm, floralands park to name a few.
All healthy meals, snacks and drinks are included at my setting.
I hold a full clean uk driving licence and I'm fully insured to transport your children on our adventures.
I understand how hard it is to find the right person to care for your child while your at work and what a worrying time this can be so please feel free to contact me for more information.

My Experience
No better experience than being a mum myself and understanding just how much trust it takes a parent to leave the most important thing in their lives in our care.
I have always looked after children from being young myself i.e. Younger siblings and step children and since having my own daughters and struggling to find suitable childcare I decided to start my own business which I've loved every minute of. I've been minding for 5 years and in that time I've looked after ages from 2 months to 11 years.
I've also worked alongside 2 other childminders which has given me fantastic experience and seeing how other settings work has given me the confidence to set up on my own. I do try to keep my setting small so I can really concentrate on the children in my care. they get the time, care and attention they need!! so they are happy and so are you :-)
I've just completed my level 3 diploma in children and young people's workforce. this has really given me a great understanding of how children learn through play and how to encourage imagination.

Our 18 month old daughter absolutely loves going to blossoms. She’s so well looked after and they have everything she needs/requires.
We get a daily report/diary of everything she’s done,everywhere she’s been, everything she’s eaten, how her mood has been while there and a record of nappy changes. We also get photo updates throughout the day so we can see and enjoy everything she’s been getting up to while in the excellent care of Michelle. We are extremely happy that we found Michelle and we couldn’t think of a better person to keep our daughter happy and safe while we are at work!
