My Summary
About Me
Dear Mum's and Dad's,
My name is Liyanna. I am a positive, creative, and cheerful nanny. I have a mature and responsible attitude, am trustworthy and reliable, and am committed to my profession with 20 plus years of experience, including 9 years as a nanny. I have an NNEB (1996) qualification, which today is equivalent to CACHE’s level 3 child care and education. I have experience caring for children from newborn upwards.
I have good access to transport links into East London and the City of London, both tube, DLR, and bus networks. I do not drive.
I have a proven track record working with and engaging children through planned activities. I believe it is vital to coordinate and organize a child’s activity so that their physical, intellectual, language, emotional, and social skills are developed. I believe that the parent’s role is vital in this regard. From the outset, I will work with you to understand your child’s needs so that together we progress and support your child’s development. I am committed to giving you feedback on the progress of your child using brief reports, including photo narrative. With your permission, you can expect regular reports; these reports will dovetail into what you can expect from your child’s future school.
I enjoy working with children of all ages and needs and am experienced in special needs care too. Your child’s day will include structured activities and free play as well as exercise and rest as appropriate to the child. Where available and appropriate, I take advantage of local playgroups, farms, museums, local parks, and libraries. I will also happily fulfil the necessary chores such as booking medical appointments and preparing healthy nutritious meals. I will work with you to create a structured routine that suits your child’s needs and ensure it runs smoothly.
I am also a mother of five children aged between 21 and 7. I have a supportive family network that will help take care of my children whilst I work for you.

Liyanna has been looking after our little girl for a few hours a week since she was two months old. My daughter loved Liyanna straight away and is always in a good and calm mood afterwards. As a new first time parent with no family locally, I found Liyanna's confidence, professionallism and kind nature very comforting.
I also really appreciate that she always has an idea for age appropriate local activities (e.g. baby sensory, library etc). I couldn't recommend Liyanna more to anyone looking for a nanny!
Liyanna has supported me in caring for my 3 months old son. With her warm personality she quickly established a strong bond with the little guy. She was very creative in designing the wake windows in a way to make them both fun/engaging and also focused on the baby‘s development (e.g. sensory play and tummy time). I could trust her 100%. Liyanna also went the extra mile in various aspects - always early, absolute can-do attitude, always proactive in helping me with the household or preparing tea/water for me when she had a few minutes of breathing time when baby slept. What a gem!

Liyanna has been looking after our 19 month old part time since she was a year. Simply put Liyanna is wonderful at her job. She is great with babies and toddlers and really great with parents and families. She’s a really engaging nanny, always taking our daughter out (she knows everything going on in the area), singing songs, reading books. She’s organised, kind, conscientious, fun and a clear communicator. Everything you could want in a nanny. I have personally learnt so much from her and I know I speak for my entire family when I say we feel blessed to have her in our lives. She made a really nerve wracking transition (to childcare and back to work) so easy for all of us. I would happily recommend her to anyone!
Liyanna has been looking after my 9 month old little boy about two days a week for a couple of months now. Quite simply, she is wonderful. She is intelligent, calm, kind, and a great communicator. The bond she has with my son is pure magic. He absolutely adores her, and lights up when he sees her. I would offer Liyanna a job in a heartbeat (in fact, I did offer her a full-time job but sadly the travelling distance is just too far since we moved house.). I would recommend Liyanna in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a part-time or full-time nanny, or any babysitting. I trust her implicitly and she feels like part of our family. I hope she will be in our lives for a long time!
We have had the pleasure and privilege of getting to know Liyanna for the past few weeks/months. She has been such a Godsend. She is great with my 8month old son who has come to really enjoy her warmth and affectionate manner. Liyanna is patient, kind and always professional. She is always thinking of things to do and facilitating his development. I have been very grateful for her support and wish her every success in her future roles.
