About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder for over 20 years. I am also a member of PACEY. I have a large range of age appropriate toys,books and activities along with a large garden with soft play area. I enjoy encouraging the children to participate in a variety of crafts and cooking activities. Outings including trips to the local Park, toddler groups childminder Drop-Ins and libraries.
I operate an Equal Opportunity policy where all children are given the opportunity to reach their full potential regardless their ability, sex, race or religion. I promote positive behaviour and encourage children to share and socialise.
My Experience
I have been childminder for over over 20years, I have bought up two of my own children . I have been caring for children of all ages including their siblings. I have experience of caring for children with specific dietary requirement , Asthma and Allergies.

I have qualification in Introduction in child minding practice.

I have been using Nasima for the past 2 years, since my son turned 1. This was my first time using a childminder and I was a little apprehensive at first but when I met Nasima my mind was at ease, she was very welcoming and professional. Her setting is very homely and my son settled in within a couple days and would happily wave me off when I dropped him off, It basically became his second home.
Nasima kept me up to date of my sons’ daily activities when I collected him, she also completed a daily diary which outlined what my son eat, how many nappy changes he had, any activities he participated in etc. she would also send pictures every couple weeks of him partaking in activities.
I found Nasima provided a loving and stimulating environment for my son to grow, she ensured my son had a very healthy diet and a good variety of activities, I was so pleased with his all-round development, she really does take a partnering approach with parents.
Nasima is also very flexible and reliable, I have not had any issues whatsoever with days, times, sickness or holidays. I will continue to use her services during holidays now that my son is moving on to school and no doubt will stay in touch as my son has become very attached to her and her loving family.
I am so delighted with the care that Nasima provided and would highly recommend her. She is a fantastic childminder and we are very grateful for all that she has done for our son.

Our both daughters have grown up and cared for by Nasima until they reached to the age to school and nursery. I couldn’t simply expect any better care from Nasima for both of my daughters!!! She was very dedicated, interested and provided the individual care to my daughters with their unique needs. We as a parent never had to worry about children while we were at work and we were able to rely on her completely with peace of mind. She cared for my children like her own and they miss her a lot. Nasima was always very flexible for us, as sometimes I needed this with my demands at work abd she was always understanding of our needs and provided us that flexibility which we needed most !!! We miss Nasima and without doubt she is outstanding in her role !!!

I have been using Nasima's childcare for over 2 years during this time she has looked after my 2 daughters full time and also for before and after school provision. Nasima has provided an amazing and friendly service and adapted to my needs as and when required. Her family have been very welcoming and my children have grown very attached to Nasima and her family. Throughout this time Nasima has created a safe and trusting environment for my children and made us feel part of her family. I could not recommend her more highly. Lovely lady and I will be sad to stop using her due to us leaving the area.

I'm a mother of 3 children. 2 boys aged 11, 9 and a little girl whose 3. I first met Nasima while looking for a childminder for my first child over 10 years ago now. Back then I remember Nasima as a fairly new childminder, a lot less experience than others I met while searching for "the one". However I had a gut instinct that Nasima would be suitable.....and she didn't disappoint me. So much so that she has been childminder to all 3 of my children over the years. She is a patient, caring, responsible and nurturing individual who I can highly recommend without any hesitation. She provided all my children a wonderful environment to be cared for and I totally believe her lovely nature and responsiveness makes her popular with parents and the children she looks after. I don't think I'm having any more kids but if I did, Nasima would be booked up straight away.

Nasima has been caring for my child Lloris (34 months old) for one and a half years. She looks after him 3 days a week. I have been extremely happy with the care Lloris has received, and the great progress he has made whilst in Nasima’s care. Her home is always welcoming, clean and well organised. She has a really lovely manner with all the children in her care. She always seems kind, calm and patient with them and all the children are happy and well behaved and know what’s expected of them. I also liked the fact that I would see Nasima about so I knew Lloris would get the advantage of going to the toddler groups that I would take him to. She provides a wide, fun range of activities including sand and water play, drawing and sticking, reading and puzzles as well as outings to the park.
Since Lloris has been going to Nasima’s I’ve been reassured that I made absolutely the right choice. He’s so happy there and really loves Naisma. I’ve been impressed by the variety of toys that she has and that the children don’t play with just gender stereotype toys. Lloris has great fun playing with all the toys available and with the other children in her care. I’ve really seen Lloris’s progress since he’s spent time with Nasima and the other children in her care. He’s learned more words even speaking in sentences and has started to learn the alphabets, something I would never have thought of doing with him. While he’s pleased to see me at the end of the day he’s never desperate to go home and always arrives at Nasima’s with a smile.
Whenever I’ve visited Nasima’s I’ve seen all the children happily and safely engaged. She provided healthy food and well balanced. When I’ve been at dinner times the food has looked and smelt very tasty. I’ve always felt very comfortable to ask questions about Lloris and his day
Nasima completes a diary detailing what Lloris has done each day. From this I have a complete picture of his whole day including what he has eaten, how long he has slept and all his activities. This helps me to feel involved with his care and that I can talk to him about his day.
All in all I am thoroughly happy with the level of care Lloris receives and I’m certain that being in such a positive and happy environment is helping him develop into a confident and self assured little boy.

Nasima apa is a fantastic childminder. She has been caring for my 2.5years old daughter nearly a year, so far so great. She is caring, attentive, flexible, and friendly! My daughter adores her and its so reassuring to know that she is in such great care whilst I am at work. I would recommend Nasima apa to anybody. Thank you for making this transition so easy and good for us, both my husband and I are very happy that my daughter has settled in so well.

I started Nasima's childcare for my child from the age of 11 months. I am very pleased with Nasima's services. There is a homely atmosphere at her place. Nasima manages my daughter very well.
We are very happy on the progress of our daughter ever since she is under the care of Nasima. Our daughter has learnt many things and is very communicative due to Nasima's care. She has gotten friendly with Nasima's children and husband too, due to the family like atmosphere.
Nasima also tries to go out of her way to do things. She takes the children to playschool and to the park for picnic.
We are indeed pleased with Nasima's childcare!

8 years ago i was looking for reliable and caring childminder for my older daughter when she was only one year old and I found Nasima through Redbridge website. And I really grateful to God that found her. She is really loving and caring. After that my other two kids are also going to her. The best thing about Nasima is that my kids love to go to her. In holidays whenever I go out of town my kids always missed her and made phone call to say hello to her. My two elders are now 9 and 7 and they always wait to half term to see Nasima. She is very helpful, whenever I need her even out of hour she is always there for help. She took kids to park in summer for picnic. Take them to library every week. She is too good.
