About Me
My name is Karen and I am 36 years old. I have 2 daughters, we also have two friendly cats. I am an Ofsted registered childminder and offer care for children from 0-12 years of age.
I know how important it is to find good quality child care for your children. I aim to provide a setting that both children and parents will love and enjoy.
My Experience
I have spent a considerable amount of time working in schools with children whose ages range from 4 years to 11 years. I have also worked in a private day nursery where I gained a wealth of experience working with children from newborns to 4 years of age, before starting my childminding business in 2015. I am also raising my own daughters so have plenty of hands on experience caring for children.
My Qualifications
I am qualified teacher with a degree in Early Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status, this is the equivalent to a level 6 qualification, I also hold a pediatric first aid certificate, I have completed my level 1 Safeguarding Training and level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate.
My Availability
At present I have limited spaces available so please contact me with your requirements. I offer before and after school care with a pick up from The Croft Primary School. I will accept work place vouchers, tax free childcare scheme and I offer 15 & 30 hour funded places.
