About Me
Hi my name is Kyla. I am a babysitter in the local area. I currently babysit for a few families locally and would love to help a few more. I Have 3 boys aged 18, 9 and 7, so as you can imagine i have my hands full, but i wouldn't have it any other way. I love children and day trips out to the park etc, which we do frequently to burn off that excess energy. I also love to get creative with arts and crafts/baking.
I have lots of experience from newborn up to the teenage years through my career in schools and my own children.
My Experience
I have worked in primary schools for 10 years. I've worked across the year groups from nursery to year 6 so i have plenty of experience and am well equipped to help with homework and reading if needed. I am paediatric first aid trained and gained my early years level 3 educator qualification whilst working in a nursery.
I am currently a higher level teaching assistant in a local school, where I help out within the classroom as well as plan for and teach lessons on my own.
I have experience of working with children with special needs and a good understanding of ways to help/work with them.
I thoroughly enjoy working within a school environment and playing a role in helping to nurture and educate the children.
