We had our son with Phoebe and the rest of the team from 1-2 years of age, and I can honestly say it was the best thing we could have done for him.
As well as being a super fun environment, he’s become a loving, caring and respectful little boy thanks to their influence.

We struggled to find a childminder for the days we wanted. But when we did, who knew we were going to be so lucky!
Phoebe, Akos & Esi have been great, and so caring to our son. Putting on events for the kids for special days in the calendar (Easter, coronation etc ). Giving us daily update photos, showing how much fun he’s been having. And their location is ideal for us, great it's so close to the park, giving them a chance to have fun in the park. We always had a clear summary of what he’d done that day, what he’d eaten when we came to pick him up
Our son has had a great time there. He’s very comfortable with other kids and knows how to share and care for others, a big part of this is down to Phoebe, Akos & Esi.
We can’t recommend them enough!

We were so lucky to find Phoebe - she’s a one in a million childminder. She and her two lovely assistants are so loving and caring towards the children and so knowledgeable and interested in their development.
Each day is a new adventure with trips to the park, arts and crafts and parties to mark birthdays and holidays. There is no end to the creativity and the fun and laughter!
Our daughter was with Phoebe for almost two years and loved going there every day. Aunty Phoebe's felt more like family than childcare. I wish every child could have Phoebe as their childminder!

Our daughter spent 2 years with Phoebe, Esi and Akos, and it’s no exaggeration to say that they changed all of our lives for the better. She started at El-Elyon as a timid, lockdown baby, and has left there a confident, bright, and independent 3-year-old. She has recently started attending a preschool and all of the nursery workers have commented on her development & vocabulary, and that is in no small part due to her time with Phoebe.
For me & my husband, the reassurance that she was with people who loved and cared for her like family was beyond priceless - she always came home happy, clean, well-fed, and full of stories of what she’d been up to - and our daily update from Phoebe with photos really helped us to feel informed.
I would not hesitate to recommend El-Elyon, as we can never thank them enough for everything they did for our little Miss G.

Our son was in Phoebe, Ako and Esi’s care for 2 years since he was 10 months old, and it’s been an absolute brilliant experience.
It’s hard out there for working parents, particularly for new parents figuring out their new reality. Phoebe made it really easy, giving us frequent updates & pictures (she even caught my son’s first steps on video which I will forever cherish), super easy communication via Whatsapp, and most importantly giving the absolute best care for our child. Lots of outdoor & indoor play, lots of songs & dance, and fun activities & reading. R was there full- time, and so it became like a second home to him and he loved it.
It’s a familial environment, full of warmth, joy & laughter. The first thing I noticed when I went to visit was how happy the children were, and I can confirm that it is in fact a brilliant space run by brilliant women who truly love what they do, and it shows.
Thank you for from the bottom of our hearts Phoebe, Ako & Esi for caring for R with so much love, care & attention. So greatfull we found you 💜

Phoebe, Esi and Akos have taken care of my son for nearly 2 years and he has had the most amazing time. They create such a caring, nurturing and fun environment for the children that meant my son was excited to go on a daily basis. I was always confident in the level of care my son received and Phoebe always accommodated his additional needs.

Both of my kids started at 2020 and finished 2023. Son at age of 3 and daughter around 7 months old. Honestly best experience my both kids had. Pheobie and her team provided top child care. My kids both super happy and always call them aunties. Pheobie did so much for my autistic son. Even attended course to support him in his development and to understand him more and how to help him. Great with young babies too. My daughter was always taken care well.Definitely recommend bringing your kids here because you won't be disappointed. Your kids will have a lot fun, with messy play , outdoor activities , baking and lots of more. Each day you get feedback with photos too 😊

I am so pleased that we found El-Elyon childcare, and I cannot recommend Phoebe and her team enough. They are so loving, passionate, caring and understanding. Phobe is everything that a childminder should be. She and her team are so knowledgeable of child development, they create a such great relationships with the children and their parents.
Thank You Phoebe and team, for taking care of Chrisi for us, we miss you a lot.

Our little one had been going to Phoebe’s and team (aunties to him) for over 18 months and we couldn’t be happier with the care he has received. Being a lockdown baby, I expected the start to be difficult but he settled in very quickly. Phoebe and her team are so loving. One of the thing we liked is that working as a team of carers they look after quite a few children which is great for making friends and also allows them to do lots of crafty activities and plenty of park exploring.
Phoebe has been amazing with J and helped us parents so much with troubles napping, eating, potty training…the list is long! She’s also been incredibly flexible lending us a hand outside our set days when we needed the help. And we get to see lots of photos/videos of J learning new songs, reading books, running around…always with a big smile on his face!
Definitely will be sending no 2 when the time comes. Can’t think of a better setting to transition to after home.

My son started going to El-Elyon in January 2022 and has come on leaps and bounds ever since.
The team worked well with him and in no time at all, he was settled in and loving his time at Phoebe's! Its been such a delight watching him learn and interact with other children. My son was born during the pandemic so naturally I was anxious about who he was left with while I had to work. But the ladies at the setting immediately made me feel comfortable and it felt like an extension of our own home.
Communication is fantastic and I enjoyed seeing photos from the children's adventures in and out of the setting.
I always felt up to date with what my child would be learning that month and it was great to get regular arts and crafts sent home to display proudly.
If our personal circumstances were different then my son would still be going to El-Elyon for as long as they would have him!

Our second child 'E' went to Elelyon (or 'Phoebe's house' to her) for about 18 months before 'graduating' to nursery. Leaving our own house in the morning she could barely contain her excitement that she was going to Phoebe's house! As she got older and more communicative, she would tell us how her 'high for the day' was Phoebe's house! It has been such a relief for us as parents to know that our daughter loved the environment that she was in. We loved getting the daily photos at the end of the day so we could see the activities that she was working on, the stories that she was reading, or which neighbourhood park they had visited that day. We cannot wait for our third child 'H' to be old enough to experience her care; we're sure that she will also love her time at Phoebe's house!

Our eldest child went to Phoebe just after she turned one in 2016, and stayed till she was 2.5. We couldn’t have asked for a more caring person to look after our little girl than Phoebe. Our daughter made incredibly strong bonds with the adults and the other children in the setting very quickly and still loves seeing Phoebe and her team when we walk past. Phoebe treats the kids in her (immaculately clean) setting with such warmth, respect and love, and creates an atmosphere of fun, always promoting learning through play. Her home-cooked meals were always devoured with gusto too, even during fussy periods of food refusal at home!
Phoebe has continued to provide our family with incredible support, coming to the rescue to provide our youngest child with emergency childcare during the last year on more than one occasion. It’s a testament to Phoebe’s skills that he has loved spending time in her setting despite being thrown into the deep end with no settling in period.
I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without Phoebe in our lives over the last five years, and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend her highly to anyone looking for a childminder.

Phoebe has been looking after my daughters since April 2016 (my girls had just turned 2&4 then) and it has been absolutely amazing all the way. She is one childminder that I’ll say genuinely loves children. And my kids love her too. She goes out of her way in caring for them and in supporting me through a career change. Both of my girls are now in school full-time and she remains my rock: from emergency pick-ups from school, to supporting them with their learning and homework, she is simply the best. I don’t know about others but she actually never charged me for the occasional lateness from delayed trains or traffic I’ve never experienced the rest of mind I have enjoyed with Phoebe and I am super grateful. Did I mention that my daughters have asked me to cook certain meals “the way auntie phoebe does it” and I am not a bad cook, you know. She is that good... no regrets from my end. I also found her wealth of experience useful whenever I worried about this rash or that behaviour in my daughters.
I actually like her setting... the open plan carries that aura of transparency and openness. It also means no child is out of sight at any given time. The joy on the children’s faces says it all. Phoebe’s setting is welcoming and her assistants are good too. Esi brings a calming energy to the setting while Rose seems to work magic with the babies. Thank you Phoebe and Team for your genuine love and support for myself and the girls over the years. You will forever have a special place in my little family. Peace, Winifred, Tochukwu and Okechi
