My Experience
I have been a childminder graded good at last inspection for 13 years and previous to that was a nanny I have been involved in childcare for 24 years . I am a mother of 4 and have been involved in voluntary children's work in my local church for 24 years I have a fun setting with a large garden
We enjoy lots of activity ranging from messy/ sensory play , dressing up, cooking, lots of outings we have a allotment bed and we do some forest school sessions with a forest school leader friend as well as going to groups as well
My Qualifications
City and guilds certificate in family and community care Gcse grade c and above in English , German ,drama communication, food and nutrition child development cach cert in childcare first aid training and child protection training training in current early years regs etc and continual training in early years framework

Tia is a wonderful childminder who creates a safe and welcoming environment for the children. Our little boy settled really quickly with her, and always enjoyed his time in her care. She provides a good balance between activities out in the community and at home, and spending time outdoors. We really appreciated her calm and flexible approach, her warmth and also the way our little boy was included in her family. Knowing our little chap was happy and settled with her made going back into work so much easier. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Tia has looked after Lola, who is now 2, since she was nearly 1. Lola has thrived under Tia’s care and loves being with her and the rest of the family. Tia has been really supportive and flexible as we’ve dealt with the pressures that work can bring. I have always been confident that Lola is well looked after and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
