Reliable, friendly, competent childcare

I’m really very happy that Mads is able to help with my childcare needs. Always punctual, brilliant with my two boys (6 & 4), endlessly friendly, highly competent and trustworthy. I can’t thank her enough for the assistance she provides to me and my family for getting the boys to school on time and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Professional & reliable

I found Mads on this app when our full time nanny let us down at last minute notice when we relocated to the area. Mads helped with my 6 month old and my 3 year old over a period of a few weeks. She is very kind, caring and trustworthy. She is also an excellent communicator. I would absolutely recommend her. She is hard working and very easy to be around.

Reliable & Professional

Our daughters love Mads, she’s reliable and great with both our girls. Mads help’s around the house during nap times, she’s a real asset to anyone.

Professional yet personable

Mads, is professional from start to finish. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
We have two girls and my youngest is not the easiest due to allergies and not being that friendly with new people! Mads however takes all this in her stride and is not phased. With my eldest Mads does activities like painting and puzzles but also happily drives her to places for things like soft play or a hot chocolate.
The thing I value most about Mads is her communication-she is very clear about her availability, invoicing terms or queries she may have about the girls. This professional rapport means she also welcomes direction from me if there is anything I want her to do with the girls (which due to my youngest’s issues has sometimes been quite long lists of instructions! Sorry Mads!). We trust Mads to have both girls at the same time and feel lucky to have found someone so reliable.

Dissatisfied & disappointed

I was excited when I got the message from
Mads! I really did need a sitter for my two year old and it is short notice (ish) just over a weeks time , she was free the day I needed and I wanted to interview her and let her meet my child first … everything was fine then today , the day before the interview she texted and said she has been the dentist today and can I rearrange . Now I do understand but this is not a great impression nor was it an emergency so she would have known this appointment was booked in , this just shows me going forward of what might be to come .. there was not the considerations in place I would like for someone who will be in charge of a small child . This causes stress as this would of been the first time me leaving my baby since he was born . This should have been mentioned or just not offered in the first place ! Be careful guys ! I got a dreaded feeling and I’m going to trust it .

As this is a review from a parent who has never actually used my services, I’m sorry to hear you feel disappointed by someone you have never met. From the previous eight 5* reviews, it is evident that I am a trustworthy, reliable and professional individual. I gave this particular parent five alternative times to meet as I was unable to stick to our original meet-up plans due to unforeseen circumstances following the appointment. Apologies if you felt this still was not good enough and felt the need to mark this against me however a 1 star review is unfair. To all future prospective families, please feel free to contact any past or current families for a truer and fairer reference on my services.
