About Me
I have availability for childcare/nanny/ housekeeping positions from the beginning of November . Early starts and long days no problem. Apart from working at the university in the student immigration department I worked as a nanny/housekeeper for 2 professionals in Bradford-on-Avon. My previous position was working for 2 medical consultants as a nanny/housekeeper. I looked after their 2 girls aged 14 and 11. I was responsible for the school run, after school care, household laundry and cooked healthy family meals (vegetarian and gluten free). I took voluntary early redundancy from the Ministry of Defence after 30 years and have been working as a nanny /housekeeper since September 2015. I left this role due to the girls being older and no longer needing a nanny. I have 3 children, 2 at university and 1 at School.
My Experience
looked after a boy 9 and a girl 12. Picking up from school and entertaining until 7 including making a healthy dinner. This was also a housekeeper role so I did the family laundry, ironing and bed changing. In my last post I looked after 2 girls aged 14 and 11. I ensured they were ready for school in the mornings and there for them in the evenings to take them to after school activities. In between I managed the family laundry and cooked a healthy dinner for the family to come back to. I have 3 children of my own who were close together in age and when my youngest was born had 3 under 4! I have personal experience of behaviours such as ADHD with one of my sons being diagnosed 10 years ago.
My Qualifications
Formal qualifications to A level standard. Equality and diversity training and safety at work courses completed in MOD and University of Bath
