Hello. I'm married to Pete, and Mum to two young men. Proud Granny to a fabulous seven year old.
I have been a Childrens' Nanny for the last 15 years, following several years as an Accredited Childminder, Pre School and After School Club Supervisor. I have references, DBS certificate and Insurance.
I have a full clean driving licence.
I'm patient, caring and conscientious: Leaving at the end of the day knowing I've done a good job and that everyone is happy.
I'm organised and like to plan ahead. For sole charge, I keep an open diary for little ones, where I record our daily activities, nappy changes, feeds, and outings.
My hobbies include swimming, walking, and anything relating to art and heritage. I should put renovation in here too - houses and furniture. I'm also currently studying for a BA in Arts and Humanities on a part-time basis, with the O.U.
I love to bake with the children and show them how to prepare a meal. I can sew on name tags & buttons, help with homework - so long as it's not maths! I enjoy seeing children grow and develop and aim to provide activities and experiences to encourage them in their learning and development.
What is most important to me is that children feel happy and safe in my care.
