Job Description for full time Nanny or After-School Nanny, Sutton Surrey SM2
Location: Sutton SM2
Salary: minimum £12 hourly, net (may consider £13/£14 based on experience & qualifications)
Number of Children: Boy 10yrs, Girl 8yrs, Boy 7yrs. All primary school aged. Family pet: well behaved cockapoo (small dog).
Start Date: 1st September 2022, although settling in / shadowing up to 1 week before (an offer of employment can be made around June 2022).
Hours Required: Monday to Friday 7:00am - 10:00am & 2:00pm - 7:00pm (35-40 hours)
Driver: Essential, with own car.
Type: this will be a yearly contract, with a notice period and annual leave.

Our children need nanny care as I make my return to work. We require help with getting them ready for school in the mornings, having breakfast, driving to school (8:30am school start), returning home and walking the dog and tidying up from their breakfast.
A 2:00pm afternoon start allows for meal planning the kids dinner and collecting the children from school (3:00pm school pick up) . Depending on which activities are on, the children would require their dinner, some down time or after school club, homework and general help in including them in their chores/tasks.
We aim to require a 35-40 hour week of help. This can vary some days especially around half term breaks.
The ideal candidate would be used to working with multiple children in one household, be comfortable around a small dog, aim to nurture the children whilst creating a weekly routine / pattern for the children to be able to follow.
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, reliable, responsible, and sensible but also have a fun side. You will need to be tidy and organised. You will have initiative and be kind, capable, and friendly with a pleasant nature. It is essential that you are a non-smoker.
Childcare qualifications, Ofsted registered, CRB/DBS, First aid, references and previous experience are a must.
