Alex is a total professional, we love her!!

My son has been going to Alex for a year now, he is very happy there, I don't worry about him when I'm at work now. She provides a good variety of activities and trips out for the children. Alex is very organised and is always on top of the paperwork side of things. I can't recommend her enough, she's what a child minder should be!

My sons has been going to Alex since April. She is very friendly, thoughtful and accommodating. My sons enjoy their time at Alex's house, a real home from home.

It has been a real delight having the boys, and they have fitted into the setting really well. They are both making progress and it is lovely being a part of their future development. They are both lovely children and I look forward to next milestones we have together.

Do not recommended

My daughter (16 months) used to go to Alex since end of May till 22nd of August.
She is not professional,taking everything personally and she was not honest with us.
She used to travel for long distances (4 hours driving) for family visits while having our daughter in her care, and even without giving us enough notice.
And when we explained to her that we are not happy and she shouldn’t do that in the future, she got very angry and didn’t try to understand our point.
Finally she terminated the contract with immediate effect without any valid reason.

I was unable to meet the specific requirements around this family's childcare, however I provide care for three other families to which they are completely satisfied with the good level of care their children receive. Please see my parents other reviews.
