She is rude and full of herself

I can see why she has negative reviews. She messaged me many times and wouldn't leave me alone so i was honest enough to say i was put off my some of her reviews and she wrote me a very rude long rant saying it was my loss, she just took on new clients! I had a lucky escape as i don't need it. She has shown her true colours! Avoid

I must now defend myself.

I am an educated mature lady and don't think l was rude. l am confident what l do and was trying to tell you l have many childcare qualifications.

With regards to my reviews I have had 14 good reviews and your talking negative about 1 or 2 of them.

With regards of you saying l am rude l was just explaining to you about how happy my clients are with me. Which l don't find this being rude in the least.

Opportunistic and Irresponsible!

Charmaine is very opportunistic. She constantly looks for higher pay, which I can understand but at least do it with a bit of responsibility and honesty. Instead, she would invent bizarre excuses for not turning up at last minute. You will be fine if you pay her top rate but for how long? The moment she finds someone else paying better rate, she just couldn't care less about your child. Quite a despicable woman really! The thing is you can't really tell at first. She was really bubbly and chatty at trial lesson.

Very bad experience

First I read about her profile I was sure she is the best one for my son, came to my house to asses my son and charge me 35£ for doing nothing with my son. Very unprofessional and all the things I read on her profile was lie for me I don’t trust this website. She called me on me number and called my son too risky which is very bad and unprofessional I am very unhappy and disappointed at the same time as my time and money wasted please don’t trust her not worth it

No... sorry

I'm sorry for the lack of professionalism, after the first day she raised the rate to 25 per hour. even though she knew the distance. I paid 20 for the first day, unnecessarily. My friend, I raised the hourly rate so much after we agreed everything. Im realy sorry

I emailed Marta and explained that it is safe for me to come to the house and show both parents my certificates and spend time with their child who is under 2 years ild. Even with both parents present the baby cried most of the hour. I left and they were both pleased with me they asked me to come back. However I did tell them my price. So I don't feel bad as I always say to prospective clients to be careful who comes into your home without getting to know them first.
Sorry Marta if your not happy. I am a qualified mature lady who would not give any person false prices.
