With over 20 years of hands-on nannying experience, I provide warm, reliable, and professional childcare tailored to each family's needs.
Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families by caring for children of all ages, from newborns to pre-teens. One of the families I currently work with has been with me for 15 years, during which I’ve looked after their three children from 6 months old to 11 years.
As a mother of five wonderful girls myself, I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your children. I approach every child in my care with patience, love, and consistency, as I would my own.
Availability (Starting September 2025):
* Tuesdays and Wednesdays 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
* Fridays: all day.
* Emergency/last-minute nannying available, subject to availability

* Light house cleaning to give parents time to rest or recharge

* PA Support for busy families (light cooking, errands, household help)

* Local to Shenfield and Brentwood
* Happy to travel (additional fee for distances over 2 miles)

* Paediatric First Aid Certified
* DBS Checked (up to date)
* References available upon request
Rates:
* Nannying: £18 per hour
* Household chores/cooking: £20 per hour (+ travel if over 2 miles)

My Experience
With over 20 years of experience as a professional nanny, I’ve had the joy of working with a wide range of families and children – from tiny newborns to confident pre-teens. My role has always been more than just supervision; I aim to nurture, guide, and support each child’s unique development in a safe and loving environment.
Some highlights from my experience include:
Long-term Family Support: I’ve worked with several families on a long-term basis, including one for 15 years where I cared for three children from infancy through to their early teens. This has given me deep insight into how to adapt care as children grow and family needs change.
Newborn & Infant Care: From feeding, changing, and sleep routines to providing comfort during those early months, I’m confident and calm with even the tiniest of babies.
School-Age Children: I help manage busy school schedules, support homework, encourage independence, and provide after-school care that balances fun and structure.
Multitasking in Busy Households: I’m often the extra pair of hands families need – whether it’s getting dinner started, managing errands, or keeping the home running smoothly while parents focus on work or rest.
Flexible & Emergency Support: I’ve frequently provided emergency or last-minute care, stepping in when families needed someone dependable at short notice.
Having raised five daughters of my own, I bring a strong sense of empathy, patience, and intuition to every childcare situation. My goal is always to build trust with both parents and children, creating a stable and positive environment for everyone.

Razia looked after my children for nearly 2 years and she was absolutely amazing. She is flexible, caring and my kids always had great time with her. We could always count on her, she never let us down and always tried to accomodate our additional requests. I highly recommend her!

Razia has been looking after my premature born little one for almost 1 year. My daughter doesn’t go to everyone but she loved Razia from the day one. Not only Razia is experienced, she is extremely helpful, time flexible, super communicative with the child and most importantly kids love her. I cannot be thankful enough for the time i have received and still receiving from her for my little one . 💖💖💖

Razia has been a part of our family since Alfie was 6 months old as a nanny several days a week. She is absolutely amazing with him.
No matter what time of day I pop downstairs from work razia is singing, playing, reading and interracting with him. His little face lights up when she walks through the door.
We trust Razia implicitly. We've met her family, he's been to her house.. even her daughter has done babysitting for him. She's also always so helpful and willing to help me out last minute when she can.
To me Razia has been an absolute anchor. She is so calm and kind, so supportive of how I parent and we just love having her in our home. She'd be an asset to any family.

Razia provided childcare for my 5 year old son as a part time Nanny during early 2021, while the schools were closed. Razia was great with my son kept him very well engaged while helping him with home schooling activities during this period. My son looked forward for Razia arriving every morning and spending time with him. I would highly recommend Razia.

My son has GDD & Razia has been providing wonderful childcare to him since 3 years. Our son absolutely adore Razia and we have been so grateful for her service. she is very calm and compassionate. Razia is self motivated and brings ideas of things to do with my child each day, considering his interests and developmental needs. Razia has been 100% professional, reliable and flexible to meet the needs of our family and I will be forever grateful for her support.
Due to remote working, nowdays we are able to take care of our son at home while working hence Razia is not currently working with us. My son miss her very much.
Thank you Razia for being so brilliant, you have set the bar very high for the type of Nanny we will look for in the future.

Razia looked after our two boys very well having to pick and drop them from nursery. She was very good with the boys and they looked forward to seeing her all the time. They improved a lot on being independent while they were with Razia. A very patient lady who understands kids a lot, highly recommend her to anyone that need her services.!
