Hello there,
My name is Holly and I am a NVQ level 3 qualified childcare early years educator practitioner. I have worked in childcare for 8 years now. Currently working as a practitioner, however previous to my current role I have been responsible as the unit manager for both a baby room and toddler room. I have a great deal of knowledge from babies of 6 months up to preschool due to work, but have plenty of knowledge of children school age and up due to personal experience and some work experience.
I am very reliable and trustworthy as well as punctual, with innovative ideas in how to help children with their development and how to keep children engaged and distracted when needed.
I enjoy reading in my spare time, art which I always blend into my work with children and being outdoors so you can guarantee we will be exploring the open air if you pick me!
I have good knowledge of the EYFS so I am confident I can provide fun and engaging activities your child can enjoy whilst progressing their development.
My current setting is very large so I am used to having eyes everywhere and working and running a team who have looked 10 under 1s, 24 under 3s and up to 37 3-4 year olds.

My Experience
2013 -2017 Childcare practitioner working with 2-3s and 3-4s.
2017 briefly trialled some experience as a teaching assistant in a SEN school. Thoroughly enjoyed this role and learnt a lot however travel commitments made maintaining this job role difficult.
2018 -2020 Unit manager of a toddler unit
2020 briefly ran a baby room, settling in lockdown babies (children who were either extremely young when lockdown commended or born in lockdown so were not used to being away from their parents) this gave me knowledge of working with younger children, experiencing bottle feeding, baby led weaning and expanding my skills in the sector
2020 to current I am working with preschool age children preparing them for school and prepping them into mini prime ministers, CEOs and teachers. Helping them achieve their dreams! And I love it! I would love you to consider me becoming you’re permanent evening/ weekend baby sister to help your child reach their full potential.

My Availability
I am looking for evening work 7pm onwards and weekends. This is not my main job and it is something I am doing on the side for some money towards getting myself on the property ladder. I work shift work currently so you do need to consult with me what you’re looking for as my availability may change and I may be able to help you if I finish a shift early.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
Currently asking for £10 however due to travel this may increase if I required to drive further than 5 miles. Use of own car so petrol costs need to be covered after 5 miles also my rate is £10 per hour per child however for siblings I charge £15 per hour for two and £20 per hour for three. I charge £12.50 on weekends per hour. I am always negotiable
