My Summary
About Me
Hello! My name is Daniella and i am a 31 year old mother of 3; Harper (baby) Logan (7) and Rosie (9). I am a co-childminder with my sister Becky who is 34 with a son Charlie (6).
I live in kings heath in Birmingham in a spacious 3 bedroom house with a garden and well equip play facilities.
We live a very active life which includes caring for our animals, nature walks, parks and farms.
My Experience
I started working in health and social care as a carer for the elderly and also for vunerable people with additional needs. Since having my daughter my calling has been for caring for children and enriching their lives, this has also came from helping my parents with their foster children who have often also had additional needs.
I previously nannied 2 small children (2 and 7 months) i found this very rewarding and worked well with my own children and our lifestyle. I now care for a variety of children in my own home.
I have a full enhanced disclosure done by the social services in order to look after the foster children. I also have a full uk driving licence with no claims or convictions.
My sister started as a team leader for virgin trains customer relations. She is a registered respite foster carer and has had our parents children on respite care for about 7 years on an ad hoc basis. Upon becoming a mother she has decided to leave virgin trains and co-direct sister day care with me.
We both have experience with additional needs foster children having provided respite care unofficially for about 5 years. I am now going through the registration process to be their official respite carer.
We also have allergy and seizure experience.
My Qualifications
I have been looking after children since a very young age (12) as a baby sitter and also a riding instructor. References are available upon request. I have been a nanny since November 2015.

Sister Day Care looked after my 2 yr old and 5 yr old and were fabulous. Dani and Becky are both really lovely, kind people who obviously love kids, so I feel really happy leaving my sons with them. My 2 yr old really enjoyed visiting the chickens and finding eggs, as well as all the other animals. When I came for pick up, he was happily being read a story, which was great to see. It’s lovely that both sisters work together with their own children, so there’s a family atmosphere there. I love the fact that they do weekends too!
