About Me

Hello, My name is Emma Timmis and I would like to welcome you to Emma's Little wolf Cubs Childcare. I am registered with Ofsted and I am insured with Morton Michel.

I am married to my husband Glen since 2010, we have two boys called Luke and Rhys who attend college.

I have three cats called Snoopy, Scooby, Tala. my cats have grown up with children since they were kittens, we also have a tropical fish tank and sticky the stick insect.

we have lived in Rugeley since August 2016, we moved from sunny Weston Super Mare, where I used to childmind. We moved back to the Midlands because of my husbands job and to be closer to our families.

Our home is a three bedroom semi-detached house in a cul-de-sac near to Cannock Chase. We have an enclosed rear garden, an extension/dinning room, a lounge for the children to play and explore in. I am a home from home setting. I plan activities around your child's interest and around the EYFS. I cover all areas learning through play and exploration.

I encourage the children to develop their curiosity, awe and wonder while in my care by offering a variety of activities throughout the week from painting, cooking, messy play, outdoor play. outings to parks, to the chase, the library, childminding groups, other soft play groups and to National parks.
I take every opportunity to go on new adventures with the children to develop their imagination.

I have worked closely with other professionals from speech and Language and area senco's to help children who need a little extra help.

In my spare time I am also a Cub leader and Squirrel leader for 1st Rugeley, where I look after children from the age of 4 to 6 years for squirrels and 8 to 10 years old for cubs. planning activities both inside and outside.
