About Me
My name is Michelle, I am an Ofsted registered and insured childminder. My first Ofsted inspection was in 2011 and graded GOOD in all areas, In 2016 I was given the grade OUTSTANDING. I live on Oak Farm Estate close to Long Lane in Hillingdon, with easy access to Hillingdon/Uxbridge Station, M40, M4 and M25.
Currently I am a member of PACEY and hold certificates in ICP, Level 3 NVQ Diploma Children and Young People’s Workforce, Safeguarding Core V3, Level 2 Food And Hygiene and paediatric first aid I enhance my learning and devlopment with training courses, I have completed and passed a Sign Along Phase One course, Prevent Duty and Safeguarding.
With 28 years experience as a parent and now a grandparent of four, I value that the parent is the main carer and will work with parents, carers and professionals to ensure a quality service, providing a warm, safe, fun, learning through play environment. There will be lots of activities, based around the EYFS, messy play, arts and crafts, cooking, trips to the local parks, toddler/playgroups, library and more.
All members of the household have current enhanced DBS checks and I have policies and procedures in place for my provision.

My Experience
Previously I worked within Accounts and Administration for a small business, Admin within a large Data Management company, administration of a Private Nursery alongside volunteering within a local nursery. I have been childminding since 2010.
My Qualifications
I hold certificates in ICP, Safeguarding Core V3, paediatric first aid and Level 2 in food safety and hygiene. I have completed Level 3 NVQ Diploma for children and young peoples workforce, prevent duty, sign along phase one and safeguarding.
