We rarely use a babysitter, relying mostly on the help of friends and family. I admit I was nervous at first about contacting someone we didn't know. We contacted Dory since she has a great profile and has taken the effort to invest in a premium profile which definitely adds a level of assurance and professionalism to the arrangement. Dory was prompt and polite with her reply and we spoke on the phone about her experience. She asked about any medical concern or allergies which was very reassuring and we spoke about my son's favourite TV shows and toys. Dory let me know when she was on her way and arrived in good time. My son can be shy with strangers but Dory made him feel at ease straight away, chatting and playing and, happily, everyone was very comfortable and getting along nicely. Dory kindly messaged me while we were out to let me know everything was ok and that my son was in bed. We were really impressed with Dory's babysitting, she was great with my son, patient with us, friendly, down-to-earth, tidy, attentive, and very reliable.
