Executive assistant to MD of television company Merman LTD and property company Creative District Improvement Co. Duties included organizing and scheduling of meetings, booking and organizing complexed travel arrangements, physical filing and office correspondence, diary management, maintaining installing electronic filing systems, social media management, organizing the startup of complexed multi-million property projects, handling payroll, preparing and submitting VAT returns, financial forecasting, property management of 3 properties internationally, complexed running of over 10 bank accounts, meeting preparation and hiring of staff. Self-employed on a 3-month probation period. I declined to take the role further due to abuse.

MARCH 2010 – JANUARY 2013
MUSIC MANAGER, VINCE KIDD
Developed and managed artist Vince Kidd in 2010 under my management company. He later became a finalist on the UK series of the television program ‘The Voice’ signing a recording contract with Universal Music Group. Organisational skills very of up-most importance. Multiple diaries, accounts, travel arrangements, programming of a sold-out UK tour and the general daily running of the company were all taken care of. Communication was also essential, I was seen to liaise between lawyers, accountants, record company executives, backing singers, band members, tour managers, recording studios and so on.

Assistant and musician a working with a creative dance class. Duties included preparation for lessons, dance training, composition of music to accompany dance, health and safety and well-being of pupils.

Working as a nanny for two boys age 2 and 5. Duties include daily care for the twins, organising developmental play activities, socializing with the wider community. Preparation of meals and nutritional research is also undertaken. General housekeeping tasks are under taken such as cleaning, play room organisation and wardrobe management, Care was also required for the family’s animals.

Nanny to new born twins, boy/girl 4 months – 14 months. Duties included preparing bottles for babies and care for feeding equipment, changing, bathing, washing and ironing children's clothes, planning meals for children, supervising children's meals, transporting children to playgroups and other activities, undertaking appropriate creative and educational activities, undertaking appropriate outdoor activities, planning and supervising rest, bed and nap times, reading to and with the children, tidying children's bedrooms and play areas, implementing daily routines, doing light housework, running errands.

SPECIAL NEEDS NANNY / G8 & G3, FAMILY
Girl 8 years special needs & Girl 3 years. Girl 3 years duties include daily activity planning, ensuring well-being of child, providing meals, cooking, crafts, education support around nursery & light house work. Girl 8 years has scoliosis of the spine & sporadic epilepsy. Duties included working with a team of nurses, doctors & carers. Nappy & hygiene practices. Physical therapy. Daily Music Therapy sessions. Experienced in feeding with PEG and administering Buccal Midazolam. Support for the family and extended family during and after the sudden passing away of the 8-year-old girl. Dogs & small animals were also cared for.
