Hi, my name is Manda.
I am married with three children. One who is grown up, and two who are aged thirteen and ten.
I live in a Cul-de-Sac on a modern estate in Ashton in Makerfield. The location provides a great base to get out and about with the children as there are local parks, a duck pond and also the Three Sisters Recreation Area just a short walking distance away.
My home is equipped to provide many different activities for children of all ages. My garden is secure, well stocked with plenty of outdoor toys and play activities and provides children with a safe and fun environment in which to play and explore.
Additionally, I hold a full, clean driving licence.
My Experience
I have worked in childcare for twelve years at a busy private day nursery, prior to recently registering as an Ofsted approved childminder.
I have vast experience of caring for children between the ages of nought and five from various cultures and backgrounds. I have cared for children who have food allergies and intolerances, one of whom is my own daughter.
I have brought up three wonderful children, two whom attended the nursery at which i worked.
I enjoy working in partnership with parents and follow the EYFS framework regarding the learning development of children, providing regular feedback on their child's development.
I have recently completed the Ofsted required Childminder training courses and am looking forward to welcoming children into my home.

My Availability
Tuesday Wednesday Friday, 7.30am - 5.30pm.
As well as day care, I am available for before and after school care.
