I am Clare Cooney,
I am originally from Liverpool but moved down to the beautiful county of Cornwall on 2013, where I gained my Early Years Teacher Status from St Mark and St Johns university. I also hold a degree in Creative and Performing Arts from Liverpool Hope Univerisity.
I have experiences working with children of all ages 0-17years, through various jobs.
I am currently living in Newquay, and would happily commute, as I have my own car and a full drivers license.
I have knowledge of Makaton and a Level 1 in British Sign Language

Musical theatre teacher for children aged 2 years to 16 years.
Regular babysitter for hotel guests and families on holiday in Cornwall.
Naturally Learning Childcare, Lostwithiel and St Austell; 2013 - 2015, working as a Nursery Practitioner across all age groups but mainly Explorers (2 & 1/2 years and 5 years) and after school.
Watergate bay hotel, Newquay; 2015, working as a Practitioner working with children who are holiday at the hotel.

Working closely with a family who had premature new born twins and a toddler.
assisting the family in all their needs throughout my time with them.
I worked as a class teacher at Zelda School, Ladock. This was a wonderful experience that has completely transformed the way I view schooling and education.
