About Us
Dunky's Day Nursery is located on Barrow Hall Lane in Great Sankey, opposite the Leisure Centre and High School. The building is spacious and has vast open outdoors spaces for the children with each room having access to their own garden.
We are open from 8am to 6pm 51 weeks of the year except for bank holidays.
The nursery is one of six Dunky's sites, all having the most up to date security measures such as the Biometric finger print system and CCTV. We offer a vast and varied curriculum using the EYFS in all aspects of our daily routines, we treat the children and families as individuals and believe all of our families deserve our world class welcomes, so why not come along and have a look at our facilities or check out our website.
At our Sankey site we also offer holiday club which is open from 9am-3pm Mon-Fri and children must bring a packed lunch. The cost for the day is £45. If parents would like additional hours these are charged at a rate of £7.50 per hour.

Our Fees
- Childcare from £50.00 per morning
- Childcare from £50.00 per afternoon
- Childcare from £70.00 per day
- Childcare from £350.00 per week
- Childcare from £1,400.00 per month
From £70 a day, 8am-6pm fully inclusive, half sessions 8-1 or 1-6 are £50 and our short days, 9am-3pm are £60 but we offer a wide range of packages to suit our families.
Holiday Club 9am-3pm £45 per day, 9am-6pm £68.
£7.50 per additional hour (3 hrs max)
7.30am Start available at £7.85.
Breakfast Club £9 with drop off to Barrow Hall School
After School Club £15 with collection from Barrow Hall School
