About Me
I am a qualified Ofsted Registered Childminder since 2014, and also a member of PACEY. I live close to Wood Green Station. I am Italian and live with my 2 grown up children one attending university and one working full time. I am able to offer a limited number both 15 & 30 hours free funded places.
Aims
To provide a safe, happy, stimulating and caring environment so that your child can learn to play, develop their self confidence and communicate to the best of their ability. To provide your child with support and guidance through a wide range of experiences and resources.To provide a well planned curriculum that meets the needs of each individual child and follows the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. To work in partnership with parents and make good use of available professional support.
I work along side with 2 Assistants who are DBS checked, and have childcare training including Pediatric First Aid and Safeguarding.
My Experience
The ground floor of my house is dedicated to childminding. I have a big garden with a lot of outdoor equipment toys and games for the children to play and explore with. Children are free to move to access the large range of toys and activities I provide. I have child minded children from 3 months to 12 years. I provide a safe, secure and fun, home from home environment. All children up to school reception age have their own learning journey, to record their learning and development. I take photos of places we visit, learning activities through play and any pictures or paintings the children do throughout the day, so can get a clear idea of your child's. We tend to go out in the morning and be back home in time for lunch. After lunch is nap time for the younger children who need it and quiet time for the older children where they can read a book, do a puzzle etc. A typical week will involve: visiting a soft play centre, going to play group, going to the park, lots of playing, colouring, singing, reading books and most of all having fun. Children are encouraged to share their ideas and interests, what they would like to do and where they would like to go within the safe limits of my care.

My Availability
I am open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 48 weeks per year Monday to Thursday.
Fridays I am open from 9am to 2pm.
I am closed on Public and Bank Holiday.

For my child is the first chapter about school and from the first time he saw Emy he was really comfortable with her, she is really nice with children is like untie with all of them…I’m really happy that I found you to let my child start the early education chapter ….thank youuu…the best🥰

thanks to this platform I met Emanuela. She is really polite, loving person and treats all children very well as if they were her childrens. I immediately trusted her and already at 6 months old my son started going to her house. she does lots of activities she offers good fresh cuisine every day. and she helps us parents in everything. Emanuela and her wonderful team have always given me trust and teaching. number 1.

Emy has had my boy since November 2023, her and her team are amazing. They know his routine, his likes and dislikes and he has settled in perfectly. Emy and her team feed him fresh food, breakfast, lunch and diner with snacks all included. She is extremely understanding, maternal and loving. My son Loves her and everyone she works with and so do I! It's like leaving him with Family. The communication and daily updates are all well received and I appreciate them.

We absolutely love Emy and her team.
Our little boy has been going here since he was 9months old and we are incredibly happy with how well he growing and developing at Emy’s.
Emy is extremely considerate and has created a warm, loving and fun environment for all the children.
We wouldn’t have him anywhere else!
