I am Hannah, an OFSTED Registered Childminder based in Eccleshall, Staffordshire. I live with my husband, son, school aged daughter and our dog and 2 cats.
My Experience
I am a fully qualified Nursery Nurse and have been childminding for the past year and have a background in childcare. I have experience working as a nursery nurse, SEN teaching assistant, as a childminder, a children's support worker and have experience with bringing up my own children who are now 18 and 5. I have worked in the care sector for the past 20 years with both adults and children in various settings. I have worked with children with learning disabilities.
I hold a BTEC National Diploma in Early Years childcare as well as a level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, am Paediatric First Aid trained and hold a Safeguarding Children level 2 and a Cache Home-based Childcare Award. I am constantly updating my knowledge with continued professional development training to offer the best care for your child.
I provide a home-from-home environment in which children can feel safe and valued and provide various, age-appropriate activities to promote the different areas of development. We go on trips to the shops, parks, library, toddler groups and music groups.
I also offer wrap around care for the local school children.

My Availability
Childminding Opening hours between 7.30am and 6pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3pm Friday.
I am currently full for Early Years (0-5) spaces for 2023.
I have early years spaces available from January 2024.
Wrap around care is available from Bishop Lonsdale Primary School. Please enquire for availability.
I charge an hourly rate for childcare.

School holiday days £30 8am-4pm (school age children).
I also offer funded childcare spaces.
