We recruited Heidi as a result of my freelance work increasing on a temporary basis and needing to organise formal care for my baby daughter in order to cope with the workload.
Heidi has been with us for 3 months, she is very professional ( despite being out for the industry for a few years) and we were assured by her extensive knowledge and passion to return to the profession.
In terms of our relationship, Heidi has proven herself to be incredibly reliable, open and trustworthy. I never have any concerns about leaving her as the sole carer for my daughter. Despite being out of the profession for a significant period, you would never know! Heidi is very motivated, she asks regular questions and has taken it upon herself to re-train in first aid and clearly reads up regularly on child development. We work very well as a team and enjoy having her around.
Most importantly, Heidi is terrific with my daughter. She has a very gentle, caring manner and a genuine desire to do well. My daughter always seems happy in her company. She has also helped with pick ups and drop offs for my 3 year at pre school which has been a huge help. Heidi is also a wonderful cook and has been more than happy to cook for us as well do the odd job around the house which has been a huge help.
We would highly recommend her to any future family and can make myself available for further questions should it be required.
