please see below some of the feedback from my current parents:
F has been going to Annie's since September 2020. It's such a loving environment for him and genuinely feels like a home from home. He adores Annie, her family and staff and has made lifelong friends there. These bonds are so strong that, although F has started school, we still send him to Annie’s once a week after school and during school holidays purely so that he can keep up his relationships.
Annie puts enormous effort into caring for the kids - the day to day activities and outings are always fun and varied and she always makes occasions like birthdays, Christmas etc extra special. For example, this Christmas she organised for Father Christmas to pay a special visit to her house. Likewise, meals are home cooked, healthy and there's always options for fussy eaters like F. F has several serious food allergies which was a huge concern for us as we began looking for childcare. Annie has always taken this extremely seriously and gives incredible care and attention to his needs. Her communication with us is impeccable and gives us absolute confidence that he is in safe hands.
I would like to start by saying what a privilege and luxury it is to be a working mum, send my children to a care provided and have absolutely no doubts or worries about their safety and happiness. We both as parents feel truly lucky to have Annie providing that care
Both of my children have such lovely days at Annies, this is cemented by the way they both go bounding in every morning, and the kind budding friendships they have built with their peers. They have such great exposure to different learning activities outside and inside, as well as day trips to museums/parks and cafes. They are always partaking in the current holidays or celebrations ie making pancakes, decorating for Chinese new year where they are having fun but learning too
Our daughter particularly has come such along way from her full on temper tantrums, and I owe a lot of that to Annies setting during the week. Annie is great at working with us as parents and ensuring we are all on the same page helping each other. Following through with things we may be implementing at home ie no dummies etc.
Annie is amazing at seeing what makes each child thrive and nurturing that. My daughter is very into her crafts and drawing and I know she gets extra time to do that on her own when the other children are napping. The same goes for our son , he’s at a key stage for learning new words and social ques and each week he is learning new things that surprise me
Annie has already started doing things to support the preschoolers with their transition to reception in September. I understand she does this all the pre school children, and this just goes to show dedication and care to each child and we are truly grateful.

My Experience
EMPLOYMENT
Position as Nanny in crystal Palace : February 2016 - 2020
This is my first nanny post taking my own daughter who was 6 months at start of this role , working for this family has been a real pleasure. A post that was originally for 8 weeks only, however as the family were so pleased with my work this was extended by the family until the end of this year. They have also asked me to work all school holidays once full time role ends in early January. This full time role is looking after two brothers 9 months and 3 at the beginning of role. Duties include : during term time taking older brother to school and collecting, cooking all meals preparing lunches, all nursery duties for now one year old. Taking babies out everyday to a group/ activity, swimming once a week, Creating a safe, fun and encouraging atmosphere for the boys. With lots of different daily activities and creativity. Pushing forward with weaning and daily routines. Also keeping playroom and bedrooms tidy and organised. Family laundry and helping out with whatever I can.
Position as bank staff in Dulwich Nellys nursery: May 2015 - July 2015 (temp)
As a member of bank staff at Nellys my duties included caring for children aged between 6 months to 5 years. Creating a fun and stimulating atmosphere with age appropriate activities, co ordinating group times and activities, making sure children ate meals and snacks at specific meal and snack times during day. Generally being an extra pair of hands that permanent staff could rely upon.
Position as a nanny in Peckham: 40 hours weekly: September 2013 to May 2015
Working for this busy family with 3 children ages (when I began post) 16 months, 5 years and 7 years. Working from 7:30am until 6pm my days started with preparing breakfast, getting the older children ready for school and taking them via train everyday to school. Once the girls were at school I would take the youngest to a different playgroup every morning ranging from discovery play, football skills to swimming. Then home for lunch in the afternoon and to do any laundry, tidying ironing ect that needed doing. Although when I started my role for this family ironing was not something they wanted me to do, I offered to do it for them to help out with the running of the home. In the afternoon I try to again vary activities from baking to arts and crafts making sure the afternoons are just as fun as our morning playgroup. Also in this time I will pre prepare the dinner for the evening, so that when I arrive back from the school run we have maximum time to get homework done, do violin and piano practice but to also leave time for some activities with the older children. After dinner it’s a case of getting everything tidied away and ready for the next day, making sure school bags, uniforms, homework and school kits are ready and out for the following morning. Throughout this nanny job I have also worked with the family to successfully potty train the youngest child.
