I have worked in childcare in various roles for 15 years and have qualifications up to a level 5 diploma, whilst studying part time for a BA in early years education. I have undertaken SENCO training and have a deep understanding of children with additional needs as well as holding a first aid certificate and safeguarding level 4 qualification.
I believe in positive hands on experiences and learning through play, I am a bubbly, fun and supportive person but am still able to enforce boundaries, ensure children are ready for that big transition to school and support you as a family.
