My name is Lois, I am 34years old I live with my husband and 2 sons. I have 10years experience working in nurseries, And I have been a childminder for a little over 4 years, registered with the Care Inspectorate. I aim to be outside exploring the local woods and being part of the community. I have a great love for sensory, heuristic and loose parts play and most of my time in childcare has been with children under 3 years old.
I am available for children of all ages, both term time and during the school holidays with spaces for all ages Monday to friday.
Woodburn Primary school runs available from December 2022.

I have been a child minder for a little over 6 years though have 10 years of childcare experience working in nurseries prior to this. I have worked in a variety of private nurseries in Edinburgh during this time, most recently based in Bruntsfield.
My Qualifications
I have an SVQ level 2 and 3 in childcare learning and development.
I am also trained in pediatric first aid and child protection.
