About Us
Playmates Nursery is a family run nursery based in the King's Centre in Chessington. It is a term time nursery for children aged 2 - 4 and offers a warm, nurturing environment to help children flourish and gain confidence and curiosity. The fully qualified staff team provide high quality care and education, making the children feel safe and allowing them to blossom.

Our shy and reluctant-to-go-to-nursery son thrived at Playmates, he is subsequently far more confident, social and ready for Big School. The activities are imaginative, cute, sometimes spontaneous, usually local and frequently involve public transport. Children take their own packed lunch however trying different foods, particularly around festival times is encouraged, as is going shopping for, and trying, different fruits and vegetables. Can recommend.

She tried to communicate in my language to me and my child who couldn't speak English well, and everything was touching.

My daughter has attended the nursery for the past couple of years and she has grown & learnt so much during her time at Playmates. She was diagnosed with ASD last year and the staff have been great with her, really understanding of her needs and have worked to bring out the best of her. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Playmates is a very friendly nursery and have provided a safe, welcoming environment for my child. There is a great variety of fun activities and lots of outdoor play.
