Hi there my name is Jade Sullivan, I'm am not a registered childminder but have been in childcare for many years. Left college at 18 and was a full time nanny for a lovely family for 3 years children were aged 9 months and 10 years old. I then became a childminder in 2019 for a lovely family for two children that was aged 6 and 7 at that time both have autism and adhd.
I have had many other babysitting jobs and have two of my own children in this time. Have also worked in nursery. I love interacting with children playing and learning, I love routine and happy for help in anyway I can.
I also clean and tidy and cook.
Lover of all animals.
My Experience
I have been a nanny in the past I started in June 2014 soon as I finished college and finished in 2016. I worked Monday to Friday and occasional weekend, when I started the children were 11 months old and 10 years old. My role involved picking up the eldest from school everyday taking her too school if parents were running late. For the little one I did everything I could for him i made sure he was well entertained and well looked after and cared for. I took him to parks, playdates, playcentres, swimming etc over the years. once he tuned 2 he started preschool 2 days a week so I took him and picked him up. I have did housework such as vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, washing, ironing and what ever else they needed help with. I have done work experiences in schools and nurserys. And have other experiences in baby sitting and child childminding.
Childminder job i picked one up from school and other child got a taxi to there home and met him there. I interacted with them and played, helped with homework, made dinner, cleaned and tired and helped around the house till their parents got home. Helped during terms times and evening when planned in advance.
My Qualifications
I have a level 2 and 3 diploma in health and social care.
