Hi, my name is Lucy. I am married and have 2 nephews who I love spending time with and having fun.
Due to my current job, my availability would be from 3.45-4pm Mon-Fri based on location until 6/6.30pm although would be willing to work later for the right family.
I have 2 years worth of nursery experience & over a years Nanny experience. I have been working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school for the past 4 years and have been a manager of a After School Club. I have babysat many times and look after my nephews from time to time.
I was Ofsted registered when I was Nannying previously, but I didn't renew it as I went to work in a school. I would be happy to apply to be Ofsted registered again. I have a full up to date DBS, own my own car & hold a level 2 childcare qualification. I also hold a Foundation Degree, in teaching English as a Foreign Language. I am friendly, calm and kind and am excited to get you know you and your little ones.
My Experience
I worked as a Nursery Nurse in a nursery in Hersham for 2 years, as well as working with a SEN child in Primary School for over a year. I left there to become a nanny. I spent just over a year, looking after a 4yr old boy & a 6yr old girl. Since August 2020, the family no longer needed me and I have worked back in a Primary School as a Teaching Assistant. For two years, I worked as a Deputy Manager/Manager of an After School Club, providing care for children between the ages of 4-11.
