My name is Lauren and I am 25 years old, currently studying for my masters in Occupational Therapy. I have 9 years of experience working with children aged 2-16 within different childcare settings. I I have a passion for working with children
and love creating and engaging in creative and educational activities.
My Experience
I began babysitting at the age of 16 and looked after one child for 2 years on a daily basis.
I also have some experience in tutoring a child weekly for the duration of 1 and a half years.
Beginning in 2021, I worked for a company as the lead of wrap around care for a school and also ran holiday camps for children aged 3-11. This included maintaining a safe environment and making sure each child’s needs were met, but also organising games and activities for the children to do/play.
I have also worked with children teaching gymnastics to children aged 3-15 for 8 years.
My Qualifications
I have obtained 11 GCSEs and 3 A-level qualifications. in my GCSEs. Between 2018 and 2021 I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology and criminology. I am also currently at university studying for my masters in Occupational Therapy.
