Failed to let me know that she was unavailable

Following the previous reviews, I made a booking with Anna for October. Sadly following a follow up message from myself to confirm the booked October date and to request an additional date she informed me she was no longer available. Her lack of communication is very unprofessional.

Thank you for your feedback. I sincerely apologize for any miscommunication regarding the babysitting arrangement for October. When we last spoke on July 3rd, I understood that you would confirm the times, since I did not hear back for several weeks, I assumed your plans had changed - as often happens.
When you reached out again on August 12th, I immediately responded with sincere apologies as I was no longer available in October. I understand how important reliable childcare is, and I regret any inconvenience this may have caused. However, I do hope that notifying you in August allowed ample time to find an alternative arrangement.
I always strive for clear communication and professionalism, and I will take this as a learning experience to improve in the future. Thank you for your time and feedback.

Not serious

So i started the procces of subscribing my baby with her, and she decided to tell me in the middle of the procces that she has no availability? Not such a serious person as i stopped searching for a childminder, beeing sure i found one since we started signing the papers ! I do not recommend her!
