About Me
I have been in childcare for 29 years, I started my career in a private nursery where I worked with children of 1-10 years. I had lots of experience in the managerial side of the business, whilst working their I worked with children with special needs. I then went to work in a hospital in neo natal with premature babies . My experience then went into schools as a teaching assistant and as a 1-1 with children with special needs for nearly 10 years now , I have worked as a senior nursery practitioner and a pre schoool room leader I have worked in a PRU primary school for 4 years an am excellent at extreme behaviour strategies. I am currently working for an agency in a primary school across nursery and early years and ks2 as a 1:1 .I am ready to start immediately .
