About Me
Hi, my name is Sharon Whittaker, I am a GOOD ofsted registered childminder, I hold paediatric first aid and food hygiene to name but a few.
We currently have no spaces available at this time, however this can change at any point, so please feel free to enquire with us. We do have spaces becoming available in September.
I work alongside my husband Matt, he too is also paediatric first aid trained. We pride ourselves on being an extended family to all the children that we care for and often go the extra mile to help families where needed. We had our Ofsted inspection in January 2019 and we are pleased to say we have been awarded a Good in all 4 areas!
The children that are in our care feel safe, secure and well cared for, this gives them a platform to develop in all areas while being in the comfort of a home from home setting.
We have 4 wonderful children ages 21, 17, 9 and 6 year old, we also have a dog named Freddie who is 4 year old and very friendly and good natured.
We provide child care for children from birth onwards, full and part time. We also provide childcare, before and after school for Hoddlesden St Pauls primary school and also holiday care.

My Experience
I have 21 years experience of being a mummy to 4 beautiful children, I have also looked after my niece and nephew who are now 19 and 14, I have looked after them since birth.
I have now been a childminder for 7 years.
There is nothing better to me than hearing children laughing and having fun and all the time they are learning and developing. My ethos is to Learn Laugh and Have Fun!
My Qualifications
I hold certificates for safeguarding, paediatric first aid. I have an NVQ3 in health care.
My Availability
Although we are currently full, please feel free to contact us as things can change, parents jobs and requirements can change at any given moment.
We do have a waiting list that can be joined and we will contact anyone on the list should a space become available.
We are currently full for before and after school for St. Paul's Hoddlesden.
We also offer care for school children in the school holidays, please message me for fees.
