Flexible childcare in a stimulating,caring,sharing home environment.Extensive resourses and every ones individual needs catered for.
Progress in all areas monitored to comply with EYFS but fundamentally the child's happiness and well being are paramount.
I have an open house policy for all parents and work with parents on a daily basis to ensure continuity of care.
I constantly look for ways to improve the setting and always keen to participate in new training
I always look forward to the day ahead and believe I have the best job in the world
My Experience
I have been childminding for over twenty years and have enjoyed every single day in the home and garden or at the various groups and outings attended.
I have cared for my own twins and several sets since, premature babies, various special needs children,and multi cultural children.
I treat all children with respect and kindness and value all children just like I would my own
I work closely with parents enabling me to know each child's characteristics so that I can treat them as individuals
We learn whilst participating in all sorts of fun activities
I believe in teaching children behaviour boundaries and to be kind and respectful to others
I like to think we are one big happy family
My Qualifications
I have gained a level three in childcare,advanced child protection,and keep my First Aid and Food Hygiene up to date.
I have a good ofsted rating
