Our daughter attended this setting from a young age until she was nearly 4 years old, and we felt she was very well cared for throughout. As first-time parents, the decision to leave our child in someone else's care was nerve-wracking, but we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The childminder provided a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where our daughter truly thrived. We saw remarkable progress in her development, from social skills to her language abilities, and she was always engaged in creative and educational activities. The positive impact on her confidence and learning was clear. We always felt reassured knowing she was in excellent hands. Highly recommend this childminder to any parent.

Abi and her team have been amazing. My daughter has been with her for the last two and a bit years and her development during that time, she has come on leaps and bounds, I couldn’t be more pleased she is well ahead of where I would expect her to be.
I had initially started my daughter at a local nursery but after so many promises about how amazing they are supposed to be I could tell she wasn’t happy it was a big church hall and so cold and incredibly noisy everyday and she was just five months old, I had initially visited a few childminders before the nursery and was quiet impressed and I didn’t realize they deliver exactly the same Ofsted early years education and standards as nurseries, but Abi’s setting was a real eye opener, she has converted the whole ground floor and garden into a private nursery, it’s simply stunning but also has that caring warm home from home vibe and the smell of home cooked food at pick up omg. I get lots of updates and pictures during the day unlike the previous place.
Abi is wonderful, warm and kind easy to get on with and very knowledgeable, I didn’t even know we could claim some allowances towards the costs which was a great help.
My daughters development has exceeded all my expectations she has many friends and for her age she is ahead of her peers.
To Abi and the girls a big thank you 🙏 and to anyone reading this I would highly recommend visiting abi,s setting before making any decisions about childcare as it really sets the standard.
PS I felt some guilt going back to work but when you know your child is being cared for and loved and having a great time that feeling just melted away, also I noticed the fees work out lower than the nursery and that’s also important these days with the cost of living 😊 Elianna 👩🏼⚕️

Abi is pretty much the perfect childminder any mother could dream of. She has a heart of gold, always caring, polite and professional. My daughter loved going to Abi and her team. We never felt like she was going to a childminder, she was going to another home :)
My daughter loved eating at Abi's , so always a plus side!
Would highly recommend Abi and her team, miss you all so much, especially my daughter ❤

Our son Sol absolutely ADORED going to Abi’s house. He had so much fun painting, jumping on the trampoline, reading and doing other fun activities with her. Abi is caring, kind, very safe and professional and her space is a dream. Sending love to Abi- we all miss you, especially Sol!

Abigail runs a fantastic Childcare service with very professional staff, she provides every aspect of childcare and has been an extremely kind and generous to me in looking after my 2 children. Abigail and her staff are kind, caring and loving in their care for my children and have looked after them as they would their own children. I have nothing but praise for Abigail’s child minding service and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for that special person to care for their children.

Abi is absolutely amazing!
From the first time I went to see her I knew she would be the right person to look after my 10 month old. As a parent it’s very scary to leave your little one at such a young age but Abi immediately makes you feel comfortable, her ground floor is dedicated for the children and is absolutely spotless and her assistants are all lovely people.
She really nurtured and helped in my daughters development from learning to walk to learning words and other motor skills, all while creating a safe and caring environment for her growth. She provided excellent healthy meals which my daughter loved!
She really cared for my daughter Elina as though she were her own, to the point where she even came by our place over Christmas (after we had moved on to nursery) to give her a gift. Which is something I will never forget.
Abi is extremely trustworthy and kind and I am so happy we chose her.

Very pleased and happy with Abi’s settings, young one they love it as they are in a happy, clean and safe hands. The food provide is very good.🤗
Abi’s is highly recommended and I always recommend it to my friends and family. They really take care to keep children occupied and provide essential engagement for them to develop at each stages of their growth.

Abi is a wonderful Childminder, and I’m very very happy with the care and service she provides.
I’ve been working from home for over a year (which I loved) and I was only given a weeks notice from my embassy to return.
My little one is only 14 months old, I new this day was coming but it’s still a bit of a panic!
I started out by visiting nurseries thinking that this was the answer I don’t have any family in London, but I didn't like them not for my little one anyway she’s to young they all had to many older children charging around, i also found them impersonal, over priced and not at all flexible.
ABI invited me to visit and first impressions her place is amazing, she is very warm patient caring and easy to get on with very relaxed and professional and she explained everything to me and showed me around. Her place is set up just for her child minding she’s converted the ground floor of her house just for this and has a great garden, She has lots and lots of toys, activates, and lots of testimonials from other parents on the wall.
I would have liked to do some settling in but I didn’t have time, my job had offered me unpaid leave but it wasn’t really an option, abi told me not to worry and was very reassuring. So I had viewed her place on Saturday and dropped my little one off the following Monday, abi made everything so easy for me, I know shes probably done this so many times but it’s my first, in fact I realized at this point Lilliana had never been with anyone else away from me. Abi must have realized I was putting a brave face on it because she sent me lots of photos and updates I actually quiet enjoyed my first day back at work, I can say she is very professional at her job, thank you abi !
It’s been a few weeks now and Lilliana has settled in fantastically she doesn’t cry when I drop her off in fact she can,t wait to go in she gets so excited when I pull up outside Abi’s and she’s always content and happy when I pick up, I couldn’t of hopped for more, but there is ! Abi helped me claim the tax back on my childcare. I didn’t even know about it and it’s paying part, Fantastic 😀 it’s saving me quiet a lot of money.
Also just a quick mention abi has some fantastic assistants all very professional, sari, Cora, Amelia and fariba thank you ladies I can tell Lilliana loves being with you and she has made so much progress since being with you guys and I can tell from the pictures abi sends me how fantastic you all are.
I wouldn’t normally write a review but in this case it’s worth it , hand on heart I can’t recommend abi enough, you will not find a better Childminder.
PS Thanks abi for the card Lilliana made for fathers day it was my first one, someone at work mentioned it but it hadn't even crossed my mind let alone expect to get one.

When we were looking for a place for our 1 year old boy we found it so difficult to find a setting that was nurturing and stimulating at the same time. This is where Abi’s childcare services really stood out for us. She really looked after our boy, gave him the love and attention that he needed at the time when I had to go back to work. A year on he’s now thriving and I have to thank Abi and all her helpers for this, they have really encouraged him. You won’t be disappointed by picking Abi, she will look after your child like her own. My boy will really miss everyone, he’s bonded so well with the kids and caters.

We are very happy with Abi. Both my 4 & 2 year olds have been there multiple years and they love it.
They are in an absolutely safe, happy & clean environment where they eat good food and most of all....are happy!!!
I would recommend her to anyone in the knowledge your kids will be looked after.

I was so lucky to have found Abi and that she had a space to take on my daughter almost straight away. Clare goes to Abi's 4 days a week and she loves it there!
Clare is a very shy child that doesn't like change and I was very nervous of how she will react to being away from me. I don't know what I was worried about?! She took to Abi immediately, it must be because of her warm and welcoming personality.
Abi's place is really nice -full of toys, arts, crafts and games. Her assistants, Amelia and Saghi, are lovely too. Clare adores them all and hardly wants to go home at the end of the day. This reassures me that this was the right choice for my daughter. She learned a lot in very short time. She is now more confident and plays with the other children. Her speech has developed too.
When I leave her there I know she is well looked after, and I am not worried. Also, Abi sends photos and videos every day, so I don't feel like I am missing out...

Short review: I cannot recommend Abi enough! My daughter loves her and cares for my daughter very much.
Long review: I found Abi's setting to exceed my expectations by miles! The space is bright, very roomy for the intended amount of children she looks after, clean, comfortable, and fun. She has an entire wall of toys by the way to fit the desires of any child! During our first visit, my daughter explored the entire place with enthusiasm. (Back then, it was very common for my daughter to cry and want to be carried when she's in a new environment). The house is also located on an accessible but quiet road and a walking distance to a park. We tend to use Uber and theres plenty of space for the driver to wait while dropping off. The garden is also spacious which has a large trampoline. On many pictures/videos I received, I see my daughter enjoying herself outdoors.
The most important thing to point out though is how loving and nurturing Abi is with children. From the moment she greeted us, I could tell Abi loves children as she has a natural ability to understand and get along with my then extremely fussy baby. My daughter is now almost 2 and she has grown into a toddler who likes sharing, playing with other children, and who is generally excited and happy which I am grateful for. I know Abi incorporates a variety of fun activities for children as she's always dancing, singing and bringing home hand-made crafts when a holiday is approaching.
My daughter says Abi all the time and this only shows how much she connects with Abi. She has made many friends and learnt many skills including walking, counting, and nursery rhymes to name a few. I genuinely believe Abi and her great team of assistants give all the children the attention needed, and putting parents at ease. I highly recommend her and believe your child will be in safe hands. My daughter have been cared for by Abi during the day for almost a year now and her positive growth and development is something my husband and I are very thankful for, as it is something money cannot buy.

After having a lengthy conversation over the phone with Abi, who was very professional and had a voice of care, kindness and someone I had a sense of connection. I went onto reading her reviews before arranging a visit to her home. I felt an immediate warmth and that this could be the place for my daughter.
I recognised cleanliness, space, appropriate toys, books and activities and after spending time going through my expectations(which are very high) and Abi sharing how she can meet them I left agreeing that this IS where I will be taking my daughter and sharing my experience with my family , friends and actually anyone who will read this. I KNOW my daughter WILL have an awesome experience and so will I. Looking forward to our new journey. Watch this space !!!

She is taking care of my only child my love, and she is doing very professionally. She understands my worries and concerns about being a new mum and she is updating me constantly while I am working about my daughter. She is also very flexible with our timings (sorry for that Abi ^.^) and she is polite, clean and kind with us. I can advise her for all future busy mums like me! Keep going like that Abi and thanks :)

From the moment I met Abigail I knew I had chosen the right person to care for my child. Azzurra settled immediately at her new setting .
She made lots of friends during her time with Abigail and socially this has reflected in Azzurra being a bright and funny child. I could not recommend Abigail enough she is professional, smiling and very clean. She helped us very much with her flexibility.When I was going to pick up my baby she didn’t want to come at home she enjoyed very much staying with Abi for me this meant a lot . Thank you Abi . X

Finding Abi was a blessing to me and my daughter at the difficult and stressful time of looking for and going back to work when my daughter was just over one year old. When I fist met her I knew this was the right person to look after my precious baby from her smile, warmth, kindness, and the immaculate clean space/ house where the children are looked after. My daughter immediately connected with her and started playing from the very first visit. Abi offered me great flexibility as I started working part time gradually increasing my working days. My daughter was so happy every morning in the car going there and was even happier when I was going to pick her up in the evenings! Abi offered delicious freshly cooked healthy meals and snacks, plenty of activities and educational toys and books in a very pleasant clean and bright space and a lovely huge garden. My daughter loved her and she was saying her name and the other children’s names when I am at home with her! After almost one year I have sadly moved my daughter from Abi only because of the distance from home / work making it hard for me to travel long for the drop offs and pick ups. If you are a parent and looking for someone to look after and really caring for your child, look no further. My daughter has learnt so many new words, and has become a confident and happy toddler. Honestly she is the best childminder I could ever have and I hugely miss her ❤️

Very happy parents. Our daughter has been with Abi around 8 months now. We have noticed one really important thing which is there is no school run meaning our child is hardly sick. With the last childminder she was suffering in the cold everyday. The last childminder would take our child to the park when it was freezing cold and she was always sick. Since moving to Abi's she is rarely ill. I can trust when our child is too cold she will add a layer and if she is overheating she will remove one. They go out to the garden for fresh air and have fun on the trampoline. The setting is spacious and extremely clean. Nia has managed to make new friends and a bond with her carers. We have noticed how much more independent our child has become. She is happy everyday when we collect her so we can tell she has had a great day. She is very chatty and has a plethora of new words speaking much more clearly and fluently. Nia gets to take her toys in and have them returned. Abi provides healthy meals and snacks which as a Mother am very pleased to know. Nia has had previous constipation problems with other carers but has since been going to the loo no problem. We have a group chat between Abi, myself and my partner where we are constantly updated about Nia's day which we really appreciate. Knowing that your child is safe and feels secure, is well looked after and fed a variety including her favourite foods is a blessing. Thank you for looking after our babygirl.

Abegail came into our lives quiet by accident.
I wanted to go back to work, but as a single mum since I was blessed with Oliver I just couldn’t see how it would be possible.
I visited a number of nurseries, childminder’s and even tried a nanny for a while. But in my heart I knew Oliver shouldn’t be left in these places he hated them. Even the overpriced nanny let me down. 😬
Quiet by chance I bumped into Abegail with a group of children and her assistants feeding the ducks in Hampstead. I had seen them before and thought they looked so cute in their little yellow jackets, I could see them having so much fun with Abegail and Oliver wanted to join in. I asked Abegail which nursery she was from and she explained she was a childminder and invited us to visit.
I could see the difference the minute we walked in. Her home is lovely and dedicated completely to the children. She explained how she plans each child’s day, all the activities the children do, her care routines and Oliver loved it, I mean he really loved it he didn’t want to leave. There are so many toys and activities and she is so warm and lovely and I even noticed she has no tv, she explained so the children’s day is not spent watching tv but doing constructive activities and play.
I left Oliver a week later for a full day, I have to be honest I cried, but Abegail is so warm and caring she reassured me. When I returned Oliver cried because he didn’t want to leave, I couldn’t believe it.
Since then I now work full time. I couldn’t manage without Abegail, Oliver adores her and her lovely assistants. She sends me pictures every day and always finds time to update me. I know what activity's Oliver has done, what he’s eaten how long he slept, who he played with everything!
When I pick him up he is always clean and has a freshly changed nappy.
She is incredibly knowledgeable , I phoned her from my holiday when Oliver was so poorly and she told me what she thought it was exactly what to do, I had no idea! I was in such a panic I was going to fly back.
I had never managed to get Oliver into a routine at home before Abegail and would get so tired, she even explained how to do this, he sleeps all night now and I never have problems.
Nothing is to much trouble for her, Oliver has learnt so much at Abegail’s he sings and tries to recite nursery rhymes in his own little way, and tries to count, he even knows some of his abc. He’s so advanced for his age now, everyone we meet comments on it.
He has his first friends and says their names all the time.
Abegail has even arranged for one of her assistants to babysit for me at the weekends when I have had to go out.
I know Abegail will read this , she is more than a childminder she is a dear friend to both myself and Oliver, I couldn’t manage without her. Thank you Abegail for all you do for us. 💐

Abi has been looking after our 21months daughter now for 3 months. I was going back to work and really struggled to find a childminder because of the days and also cause out know at times when you go to a certain place whether your child will be happy there or not. I went to see Abi with my daughter and husband and immediately going through the door our daughter took a likening to Abi. She was comfortable and started playing and that is how l knew that she would be happy there because normally she would cry or stay with us. Abi's house was comfortable and welcoming. Abi was so kind to see us on short notice and she welcomed all of us.
As a mother l can not tell you how grateful l am to Abi for looking after our little one. Our daughter actually looks forward to going each time. When l am in work l am at ease that our little one is happy. Our daughter is fed very well and never have l come to see her with a wet nappy. Our daughter now does not even say bye to us as she is just excited to go and play with others but for us as well it is reassurance that she is happy. She sends of photos of what our daughter was doing and also our daughter comes home with the work that she was doing showing the children have various activities throughout which l am happy about. The worst thing for us was for our daughter to go somewhere and be doing the same thing everyday and not have something to stimulate her development and with Abi they clearly do not do the same thing they have various meaningful occupations throughout
I am more than happy to recommend Abi as you can clearly see that she enjoys what she does and passionate about the safety and the happiness of the children. She is very considerate, welcoming and it is lovely to have found someone like Abi. I will always be grateful to her as if it was not for her l would not be able to go back to work.

Abi came into our lives when I had to go back to work leaving my two young children. We had searched for such a long time; and eventually found Abi who turned out to be such a blessing. Fist of all her Home is immaculate, so clean and homely; and all the other children looked happy and well stimulated; she was the first person my kids felt really comfortable with on first meeting.
During our time with her, she showed a lot of care and love to my children; she is extremely reliable never let us down once and they loved being in her home. They were always clean and fed when we picked them up at night. My eldest would always ask for her even when I was around. My youngest had been extremely clingy to me but really settled very quickly in response to Abi’s love and warmth.
She went above and beyond to ensure our babies were happy and they truly were which in turn kept us happy. She also was mindful of keeping up to EYFS standards in the most fun ways and our little Baby developed so much from being around her; even singing her abc’s before 1! One of my favourite bits was that she would always send me reports on the children which was really thoughtful as this was the first time I’d left them.
Alll in all we can honestly say she is the best childminder we’ve experienced! Friendly, Reliable, trustworthy and loves children!
